Fee Structure and Funding 

New fees from week commencing 31st March 2025  

 

Private Inclusive Fee Rates - Exclusive of funding 

Full Time – 5 days per week = £300weekly 

Full Time Term Time only = £330 weekly 

4 days per week - £280 weekly  

3 days per week - £210 weekly 

2 days per week - £140 weekly  

1 day per week - £70 per day  

Morning Session (8am – 1pm) = £48 per session 

Afternoon Session (1pm – 6pm) = £45 per session 

Early drop £4.00 per day or £15 per week for a full-time place 

(**Please note all above fees are private fully inclusive rates, exclusive of funded hours**) 

 

FREE FUNDED ONLY SESSIONS:-  

Offered subject to availability and eligibility criteria are limited to 10 (5 FTE) Fully Funded FREE sessions available across the setting. These sessions will be offered on a flexible basis so guaranteed sessions cannot be confirmed) 

 

FUNDED SESSIONS – Optional Extra Costs 

 ( parents can choose to opt-in / out of the following subject to our all-inclusive service fee policy, opt out policy and packed lunch policy.) 

Additional / Optional Service Costs:- 

Breakfast – 50p per session 

Hot Lunch / Dessert:- £3.50  

Snacks: -50p per session 

Light Tea: £1.50  

Consumables ( including wipes, extra-curricular activities, special events : 50p per session 

Term Time Only Place:- £7.00 daily fee supplement 

Early Drop Fee (7.30am drop off) :- £4.00 per session 

Additional Hours will be charged at the hourly rate: £7.75 per hour 

 

 

Additional Fees & Policies:- 

Late Collection Fee: Charged at £15.00 for first 15 minutes, then £1 per hour for each minute thereafter. 

Registration / Deposit Fee(non-refundable):- £25.00 paid at the time of booking to reserve a place 

Late Payment Fee:- 10% (payable after 7 days of non-payment of outstanding amount owed on invoice, followed by £10 per day until payment is received) 

Cancellation Notice: - 4 weeks written notice is required for changes to sessions or leaving the nursery 

Sickness Policy:- Children with sickness/diarrhoea must stay home for 48 hours – (unfortunately fees will still be charged as you are paying for the place not attendance) 

Christmas Closure – 1 week ( dates to be confirmed) – Not Charged  

Bank Holidays – Nursery will be closed but fees are still charged 

Sibling Discount: 10% for 2nd or more children
